I have been practicing psychotherapy for more than 20 years, with clients of all ages across the lifespan. It is truly a privilege to do the work I get to do each day and be a part of my clients’ healing journeys.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Tufts University and my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston College Graduate School of Social Work. I hold an active Clinical Social Work license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and am a certified EMDR therapist through EMDRIA. I participate in ongoing professional education to maintain my licensure and the highest standards of practice.
When I am not working, I try to take my own advice and place high priority on self-care and life balance. I enjoy adventuring and spending quality time with family and friends, reading, playing piano, traveling, taking long walks in beautiful Chester County, going to concerts and live theater, being crafty, and laughing until tears run down my face. I aim to make gratitude and mindfulness a part of every day.
