Rates
Sessions are private pay and typically 50-55 minutes in length. Please contact me for current rates.
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for out-of-network psychotherapy services.
These questions can help you determine your benefits and understand what your out of pocket costs will be:
- Does my health insurance plan include benefits for outpatient psychotherapy with an out-of-network provider?
- If yes, what percentage of my costs will be reimbursed?
- Do I have a deductible that I must meet before reimbursement will begin? If so, what is that deductible?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
Payment in full is due at the time of each session.
Payment may be made by cash, check, Venmo, any major credit card, or a health savings account (HSA/FSA card).
Cancellation Policy
Your session time is reserved for you. If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
